ZDBC(BZ)
Used as a vulcanization accelerator for natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber and its emulsifier. The vulcanization promotion effect is similar to that of PZ and EZ, but the scorching property is small. For latex, it is stronger than PZ/EZ vulcanization promotion and can be vulcanized at room temperature.

| Use | Used as a vulcanization accelerator for natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber and its emulsifier. The vulcanization promotion effect is similar to that of PZ and EZ, but the scorching property is small. For latex, it is stronger than PZ/EZ vulcanization promotion and can be vulcanized at room temperature. The performance in dry rubber and latex is similar to the accelerator ZDC, but the activity is greater. When used in dry glue, it is generally used as a promoter and is an active promoter of thiazole. It is also used as a non-polluting stabilizer for adhesives and mastic, and has an anti-aging effect in the mixture, which can improve the aging resistance of vulcanizates. |
