| Use | Accelerator ZMBT (also known as MZ) is a multifunctional rubber accelerator, mainly used in natural rubber, general synthetic rubber and latex systems. 1. Improve the aging resistance of vulcanized rubber to make it more suitable for long-term storage and use. It also has the function of adjusting the viscosity of the system, which is particularly important for injection molding and foaming rubber products. 3. Safe operation, easy to disperse, no pollution, no discoloration, especially suitable for occasions with TP (antioxidant), can provide anti-aging effect. 4. During the vulcanization process, ZMBT exhibits a higher critical vulcanization temperature (138 ℃), is not easy to produce early vulcanization, and has good vulcanization flatness, which means it can better control the vulcanization process, thereby obtaining more uniform performance. 5. For some types of rubber such as neoprene, ZMBT may have a slight effect on retarding vulcanization. |
